The special model that can be purchased on either a long-wheelbase or a regular-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed, was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. used as his personal car. Its influence can be seen throughout the cabin which includes the Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet with an open display window that displays a slice of the original crankshaft from the 8 Litre car that is displayed inside.
W.O. is emblazoned in the form of a B-shaped photoetched air vent on the chrome appliqué that runs along the back side of the vehicle. the car's signature front grille, a front grille that is modeled following the 1930s-inspired Onyx color of the limited edition, and an optional chrome-colored application that wraps around the lower spoilers left and right. The front grille also features distinctive design, with chrome-colored shells replacing the body-colored mesh of the Mulsanne. It also features the Flying B Logo.
A keybox engraved with the Bentley wings holds two keys and features black flock lining, while keys are individually sized to complement or contrast the key box. The set is commemorative and includes a 1:18 scale model and an aircraft-like "B" paperweight. The set also comes with a booklet printed with never-before seen images of the original 1930s Bentley 8 Litre.
